Sunday Worship
Belarus students led today's worship service and some Russian students. One of the professors preached the sermon. We didn't know all of the songs but it always sounds wonderful when everyone sings the same song in there own language. They also had us get in a group with someone of a different nation and pray for them and for Ukraine today. The other unique thing they did was have some read the same Bible verses in their own language. I lost count but I think we had around twenty.

Classes have begun
All the students are here now. Students from Armenia, Belarus, Czech Republic, Iran, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia and Tunisia. There are four professors, one from Australia, one from Romania and two from US. One of the US professors is also the Dean and his wife is on guest services team with me. The wife of the Australian professor was also here but had to leave yesterday for work.
A few of the students speak English and a few we have met before so it's been nice to see them again. The husband of my Belarus prayer partners speaks English and the wife I think understands a little but doesn't speak it. Jeff's prayer partner from Kazakhstan doesn't speak English and his other one does as she is one of the translators. This is where trying Google translate is helpful. Actually, a guy at my table last night was using Google translate to find the word for beet.

The schedule is a bit different this year, but a lot of things are similar. Some students from Armenia and Moldova arrived yesterday. The rest arrive through today. Guest services only has three people this time so we'll be busy.

Donations
Thank you to everyone who donated items for the trip. We filled six bags as close to 50lbs as possible. The items go towards the students and their ministries and for preparing meals during the sessions.
